Entry options

There are various options to joins the RBI family as a graduate as well as a student.

Internship

An internship at RBI opens numerous doors for students at universities or universities of applied sciences. Internships are available year-round, with a duration of six months. There are multiple deployment options, from retail banking to investor relations or IT.

Part-time work for students

We offer an ideal way for you to gain work experience while studying. Part-time job working hours range from 12 to 25 hours per week and are available in a variety of areas. To mention just a few examples, you can support our teams in research, with market analyses or in preparing presentations.

Trainee program

Once you have completed your Bachelor or Master studies, why not broaden your horizons with our 18-month „Corporate & Investment Banking“ trainee programme at RBI? Alongside certain core departments, you also get to choose some of the areas in which you work. To finish off, you can look forward to an international assignment at a bank within the RBI network in CEE. Applications for the trainee program are accepted annually during the spring season, with employment commencing in the autumn.

Junior position

You have gained initial work experience by completing internships and are now looking for a challenging job in the financial sector? You've come to the right place. Junior positions are typical entry-level options at RBI.

Professional

Have you already acquired several years of work experience in the financial industry? If so, you won't need to start over when joining us. You can instead take the next step on your career ladder.
